Let me explain what this portrait was supposed to be.
I got inspired to do a portrait of Snape when I read the chapter "The Elder Wand" from DH, the part where Voldemort summons Snape to ask him about the Elder Wand, and all the time Voldemort is talking to him, Snape avoids looking into his eyes. He has this pale, almost-impossible-to-interpret expression on his face, and he peeks at Nagini now and again.

Well, as usual, the outcome is far from what I had in mind and far from what Rowling had described in the book, but at least I have a Snape portrait now! ^^

That's wonderful! I'm doing a full feature of my project's participants till the end of October... would you like to be my november artist feature?

The expression is wonderful. I'd pin it somewhere in the pensive and with some worry. Nice pencil work too.

Oh I know, but I'm going to be featuring an artist a month for nov, jan, and february (I'm hosting a project again in Dec).

the ones for the project is just a journal full of everyone LOL. It'll just be you for november. ^_^
